Kevin Marchin
President
Kevin established M & M Sales, Inc in 2004 after working in the construction equipment industry for more than twenty years for several major manufacturers. Kevin’s knowledge of compaction equipment, pumps, generators, lighting, as well as customer needs makes him a leader in the industry. He is a long time member of American Rental Association (ARA) in both Carolinas and serves on the board of the NC ARA. Kevin’s primary focus for M & M Sales and its employees and clients is maximizing profitability and improving sales.

Kyle Marchin
Sales Manager
Kyle joined M & M Sales, Inc in 2017, although he has worked unofficially in the business since it began in 2004. Kyle previously owned a used equipment company which operated in NC, SC and GA. Kyle has aggressively expanded business for M & M Sales in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Kyle is an active member of the American Rental Association and a member of the Tennessee and Alabama American Rental Associations.

Coleman Marchin
Sales Manager
Coleman joined M & M Sales, Inc. in 2022 after a 15 year career as a Professional Geologist in North Carolina. Working behind drill rigs across the US a a project geologist and managing large construction and remediation projects in the power generation field has provided Coleman with a familiarity and understanding of many types of equipment such as water pumps, air compressors and drill tooling. Coleman is an active member of the North and South Carolina American Rental Association, as well as the American REntal Association Young Professionals Group.
